For Customers with merchant status, exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is attributed to the Paris Commercial Court.

ANNEX I

ARTICLES OF LAW APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMERS LEGALLY HAVING CONSUMER STATUS
